By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that your local government allows you (the user) to observe, possess, and/or purchase materials of an explicit sexual nature.  You further acknowledge that products and services received by you from the Company or its suppliers have been ordered on your own free will, and in no way have you been forced upon you.  The Company is not responsible for services or products received by you if such services and products are illegal for you to posses or obtain.
